In August 2008, Murphy Brothers Contracting began demolition of the 1960s raised-ranch house that once stood at 93 Round Hill Road, making way for Westchester Magazine's DreamHome 2009. Built in the Arts and Crafts style, the house will sit on an expansive property and will be newest addition to the well-known road that boasts handsome houses with perfectly manicured lawns tucked between hills. The house's interior will feature amenities that will be as luxurious as its architectural lines will be immaculately refined.

A grand foyer; a spacious living room with a fireplace and two-story ceiling; a kitchen complete with a butler's pantry; a master suite featuring a sitting room, his-and-her walk-in closets, and a luxurious bath; an in-home theatre; and a wine bar are just a few of the many highlights.
